The company Motorrad Burchard, based in Lemgo, is a certified manufacturer of custom parts and bikes. For over 40 years, the production company, now in its second generation, has been manufacturing the finest motorcycle accessories for Japanese choppers, cruisers and bobbers by hand. All processes leading up to the creation of a new product take place in Lemgo. Especially in the development and manufacture of custom parts, experience and expertise are essential for the production of high-quality products. This is why Motorrad Burchard pools all its knowledge and skills at one location. New, individual products for various motorcycle types and models are created in the in-house workshop.

Our Suzuki VL 800 Volusia conversion, carried out by Motorrad Burchard. This unique vehicle was designed with parts from Burchard Excellence and Highway Hawk to give you a stunning motorcycle.

In some times, the original rear fender struts must be shortened.The rear fender struts are still approved for the 2-person operation with the use of the 220mm steel flat fender of Motorrad Burchard.When using the rear fender struts we recommend the shock absorber lowering of Motorrad Burchard.The rear fender change is absolutely necessary when using the 6.00x15 " Rim ring.Turnsignals or a turnsignal-taillight combination with M8 threads can be installed in the rear fender struts holes.Included in the delivery:1 x Rear fender struts including mounting material (1 Set) with TÜV Test Report §19/3

Shift- and Brakeleversare fitted by hand and provided with grease nipples. The connecting parts (ball joints) on the shift and brakerods are free of charge and also equipped with grease nipples. This quality standard provides a minimum of play on/off the waves and a maximum oflifetime.The Forward Control Kit deliverd with a ABE from Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, a mounting instruction and a parts list. Our side mount license plate holder are made of steel and are available in high-gloss chrome, black glossy powder coated or black matt powder coated. In order to achieve corrosion resistance in powder coating, such as chrome, the side mount license plate holder are galvanically nickel-plated before powder coating. All side mount license plate holder are supplied with a black LED light. The LED light has an e-mark and is also listed in the TÜV Test Report. The side mount license plate holder is supplied with a TÜV Test Report § 19/3, an assembly instruction and a pats list. All removable parts are available as spare parts.
