The aim of this collection is to provide you with a quick overview of the most frequently requested information and to dispel common uncertainties. For all products with an ABE (general operating license) in which the vehicle type is listed, the product is considered to be tested and does not require any further registration or approval.

We supply a manufacturer's certificate for Switzerland with our products that are subject to mandatory testing and have a TÜV parts certificate in accordance with §19/3 or an ABE (for delivery to Switzerland).
In the manufacturer's certificate, we certify with reference to the TÜV parts certificate or the ABE that the product is approved for use on the listed motorcycles. If you would like a manufacturer's certificate that is issued with reference to your chassis number, this is also possible; please let us know your chassis number when you place your order (under comments).

You must carry out an individual approval in accordance with §21. You have a tested component with a vehicle type that is not listed. We have the following note in the certificate for this:
"Note: If the special control arm is fitted to a vehicle that is not listed here, an attachment assessment must be carried out by an officially recognized expert (aaS/aaSmT) from a technical inspection body for motor vehicle traffic."

Please discuss your plans with the responsible testing institution. We offer you all accessories for your handlebar conversion on your Honda CMX 500 Rebel. We would like to list the most important technical data for you.
A higher handlebar also increases the overall width of the handlebar. This should be taken into account when determining the new throttle and clutch cables as well as the brake line.The following technical data was recorded on the basis of our conversions

Brake cable:
The length of the brake hose from the brake master cylinder to the frame triangle depends on the handlebars installed. A 370 mm brake hose with a 45° eyelet is fitted at the factory. All we need is the desired length of the upper line (measured from the center of the eyelet to the end of the line) and the upper connection type (eyelet 20° or 45° offset).
The following items are included in the brake line kit:
- 1 x brake hose from the brake calliper to the frame triangle
- 1 x 90° distributor
- 1 x lens seal
- 1 x brake hose from the brake master cylinder to the frame triangle
- 1 x 90° distributor
