Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Motorrad Burchard. If you wish to return an item, you will find all the important information here. The registration form for returns can be found at the bottom of this page.

Return period

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Please return the goods unused, complete, and in the original packaging if possible.

Requirements

• The item is in perfect, unused condition.
• Custom-made items or items ordered specifically for you are excluded from cancellation, where legally permissible.
• Please enclose a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with your return.

Return procedure

1. Register your return: Use the form below and enter all the required information.
2. Receive confirmation: After registering, you will receive further instructions for the return by email.
3. Pack carefully & ship: Send your package to:

4. Credit note: Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund the corresponding amount.

Shipping label (DHL)

• A DHL return label can be selected directly in the form.
• The cost of €6.90 will be automatically deducted from the credit amount.
