Here you'll find all the information about shipping costs, delivery times and payment methods. We ship motorcycle parts and motorcycle accessories from our warehouse in Lemgo with DHL and UPS to Germany, Europe and numerous other countries. Within Germany, shipping for consumers with DHL Paket is free from an order value of 99 €.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship motorcycle parts, motorcycle accessories and other products from our warehouse in Lemgo – depending on size, weight and destination country, with DHL or UPS. Many items are in stock and are picked and prepared for shipping promptly after payment is received or the order is confirmed.
Parcel Shipping
Standard shipping for most items – including shipment tracking, so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Which carrier is used depends on the size, weight and destination country of your shipment. You'll find the costs for each destination region and carrier in the tables below.
Shipment Tracking
With the shipping confirmation, you'll receive a tracking number. This allows you to track your delivery with the carrier at any time.

Are you nearby? You can also collect your order directly from our shop in Lemgo – simply select the Collection shipping method during checkout. No shipping costs apply.
Shipping within Germany
Within Germany, we ship orders as DHL Kleinpaket, DHL Paket or with UPS, depending on order value and parcel size. For consumers, shipping with DHL Paket is free from an order value of 99 €. The standard delivery time is approx. 1–3 business days for DHL Paket and approx. 2–5 business days for DHL Kleinpaket. Shipments within Europe are usually in transit for 3–5 business days, and shipments to non-EU countries for 7–14 business days.
The estimated delivery time is shown for every item in the shop and in the basket. It depends on availability, the payment method chosen and the destination country. For items that are not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Customs & Import
We generally deliver to non-EU countries excl. VAT, i.e. without German VAT. Customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply on importation; these are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. The exact duties charged vary from country to country – please check in advance with the relevant authorities in your destination country.
Battery Deposit
When you purchase a motorcycle battery, a statutory battery deposit applies, which is refunded when you return an old battery. Details can be found on our page about the battery deposit.

The estimated delivery time and availability are shown in the shop and in the product listing. A separate email after your order will inform you of the exact shipping date.
