Order acceptance
For the processing of orders, only the following detailed general terms and conditions of Motorrad Burchard GmbH.
The order can be made in writing, by phone, by fax or by e-mail for Internet orders. The corresponding addresses can be found under point 1 ( contracting parties ).
An order is considered accepted after the supplier has given the customer an order confirmation stating the general terms and conditions and revocation.
For incorrect deliveries due to transmission errors in telephone / oral orders, the customer is liable.
To exclude misunderstandings, please order in writing ( fax, mail, Internet ) stating the item no., Article description, desired number of pieces and your full address.
Cancellation of an order
If the requested amount is not within 14 days after request with us (transfer in advance for shipping items or in cash for items provided for collection), your order is automatically canceled.
A written cancellation by the buyer is not required.

Right of withdrawal
You (buyer) have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you (buyer) or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your (buyer) decision to revoke this contract. The withdrawal form is provided as a PDF document for download at: Cancellation Form. If you (Buyer) make use of this option, we (Seller) will send you (Buyer) within 24 hours (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you (Buyer) send the notice of exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you (Buyer) revoke this contract, we (Seller) shall reimburse you (Buyer) all payments that we (Seller) have received from you (Buyer), including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you (Buyer) have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us (Seller)), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your (Buyer) revocation of this contract has been received by us (Seller). For this repayment, we (Seller) will use the same means of payment that you (Buyer) used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you (Buyer); in no case will you (Buyer) be charged any fees because of this repayment. We (Seller) may refuse repayment until we (Seller) have received the goods back or until you (Buyer)
have provided proof that you (Buyer) have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You (buyer) have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you (buyer) notify us (seller) of the revocation of this contract , to the shipping address

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you (buyer) send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You (buyer) bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You (buyer) must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods not necessary for the examination of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For the rest, you (buyer) can avoid the value obligation to pay compensation by you (buyer) do not take the thing like an owner in use and refrain from everything that impairs their value.
Prices
All prices published on the Internet at www.motorrad-burchard.de are non-binding guide prices ( VK - prices ) including the statutory value added tax ( in Germany currently 19% ).
We reserve the right to price reductions or increases even without prior information to the customer durchzufuehren.
Haendler conditions can only be awarded against submission of appropriate evidence (business registration).
An already granted dealer status can be immediately revoked, as far as the required conditions are no longer met.
For all items on offer is basically the offer price as the cheapest alternative.
Offers are valid exclusively for the period shown.
Discount scales do not apply to offers.
Shipping
Shipping within Germany:
The delivery to end consumers is made against prepayment.
The delivery to dealers is made by SEPA direct debit.
Shipping abroad (worldwide):
The delivery to end users and dealers is made against prepayment.
General
The shipment of goods is generally insured DHL - package.
All invoices are created in "EURO" ( € ) and settled.
The delivery to third countries is made without VAT (in Germany currently 19%).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs within Germany:
The delivery to end consumers is free of postage and shipping.
The delivery to the intermediate sale / dealer is made against a shipping fee of € 5.90 plus the applicable VAT.
Shipping costs abroad (worldwide):
Shipping flat rate EURO 21.00
There are no minimum order values. Even for small orders, no minimum quantity surcharge is calculated.
This rule applies to end users and dealers alike.
Returns
From time to time occur with the diversity of our product range.
These are automatically stored in our EDP - system and unsolicited subsequent delivery, as soon as that is possible.
On special request, no storage of the returns.
Reclamations
All complaints are processed by us only with a copy of the purchase invoice and a written notice of defect.
The invoice date of the claimed goods must be no longer than two years ago.
Complaints about missing parts in a package must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not give any warranty on electrical parts of any kind.
Justified complaints, which we have to represent, are settled as quickly as possible at our expense.
Reclamations or returns, which are delivered to us freight collect, we do not claim ( acceptance refused ) .
Conditions of payment
The delivered goods remain the property of Motorrad Burchard GmbH until full payment of the purchase price.
If the buyer is in default of payment or otherwise does not meet its obligations under the retention of title, the seller may demand the purchased item from the buyer.
In the repossession of the goods by the seller is - unless the Abzahlungsgesetz applies - no withdrawal from the contract.
