How do I proceed with returns?

Returns are no problem.

Please use our return form

Please note only the following points (important for fast processing):

1. the item must be returned in the original packaging
2. the item must not show any signs of assembly or damage
3. please pack the package properly to avoid transport damage
4. enclose a copy of the invoice or the withdrawal form in the package
5. please do not return the package with Hermes
