The company Motorrad Burchard, based in Lemgo, is a certified manufacturer of custom parts and bikes. For over 40 years, the production company, now in its second generation, has been manufacturing the finest motorcycle accessories for Japanese choppers, cruisers and bobbers by hand. All processes leading up to the creation of a new product take place in Lemgo. Especially in the development and manufacture of custom parts, experience and expertise are essential for the production of high-quality products. This is why Motorrad Burchard pools all its knowledge and skills at one location. New, individual products for various motorcycle types and models are created in the in-house workshop.

Falcon Cromo Line - Slash Cut exhaust system with cat and E-mark (EG-BG)ForKawasaki VN 800 Vulcan and Classic / VN800A and VN800BThe exhaust system is supplied as a complete installation with all accessories required for assembly. The DB-Killers are removable. The exhaust system is made of steel and high-gloss chrome. You get the typical Slash Cut design. The conversion to the Falcon Cromo Line exhaust system significantly highlights the typical chopper sound. The exhaust system is supplied with all accessories and assembly instructions required for installation. Definition of EG-BEIn the case of technical components with an e-mark (eg-be), it is not necessary to perform a test at a testing centre. The operating licence of the vehicle remains unchanged after the attachment of the accessory. This approval is valid throughout the EU. Our side license plate holders are made of steel and are optionally available in high-gloss chrome, glossy black powder-coated or matt black powder-coated. In order to achieve the same corrosion resistance with powder coating as with chrome plating, the footrest systems are nickel-plated before powder coating. All side license plate holders are supplied with a black LED license plate light. The license plate light has an E-mark and is also listed in the certificate. "Made in Germany Forward-mounted footrest system with TÜV parts certificate according to §19/3 17 cm forward-mounted footrest system for Kawasaki VN 800 Vulcan - Classic / VN800A - VN800B The footrest system is supplied pre-assembled with all parts required for installation, e.g. an extended brake line (if necessary). Installation is carried out on the original frame mounting points. Our footrests are made of steel and are available in a choice of high-gloss chrome, glossy black powder-coated or matt black powder-coated. In order to achieve the same corrosion resistance with powder coating as with chrome plating, the footrest systems are nickel-plated before powder coating. All Motorrad Burchard footrest systems are supplied with a 2-year guarantee on workmanship and chrome plating. Shift and brake levers are fitted by hand and fitted with grease nipples. Power-transmitting connecting parts (ball joints) on the shift and brake rods are free of play and also fitted with grease nipples. This quality standard ensures minimum play on the shafts and maximum service life. The footrest system is supplied with a TÜV parts certificate in accordance with § 19/3 StVZO, a drawing, assembly instructions and a parts list. All removable parts are available as spare parts. The footrest system is available in 4 different designs.
